Ashlyn Gift has spent the last eight years helping homebuyers and homeowners throughout Charlotte and the surrounding areas achieve their homeownership goals. She specializes in working with first-time homebuyers, Conventional and Jumbo financing, DSCR loans, Bank Statement and Non-QM programs, and self-employed borrowers.
With a background in teaching, Ashlyn especially enjoys guiding first-time buyers through the mortgage process and helping them feel confident every step of the way. She’s also passionate about finding creative solutions for borrowers with unique financial situations. Her philosophy is simple: “If Plan A fails, don’t worry! There are 25 more letters!” Known for her persistence, creativity, and outside-the-box thinking, Ashlyn thrives on tackling complex scenarios and believes there is almost always a solution when you have a loan officer willing to work through the details.
Her dedication to clients has earned her recognition in Scotsman Guide’s Top 1% of Originators, along with consistent membership in the company’s President’s Club and Chairman’s Club since 2020.
When she’s not working, you’ll likely find Ashlyn playing soccer or basketball in the driveway with her boys, husband, and Boykin Spaniel. She and her family love hosting friends, family, and neighbors, and spend as much time as possible at Wrightsville Beach enjoying the sand, waves, and a meal at Tower 7.
