With more than 21 years in the mortgage industry, Adam Kirby proudly serves homebuyers and homeowners throughout the Triad, including Greensboro, Winston-Salem, and Burlington. Adam specializes in a wide range of loan programs, including Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, Jumbo, investment property, DSCR, bank statement and Non-QM loans, as well as financing solutions for self-employed borrowers, second homes, and home equity products.
Known for his attention to detail and deep knowledge of lending guidelines, Adam takes a proactive approach to every transaction, helping ensure a smooth process and on-time closing. He is passionate about educating his clients, providing personalized mortgage options, and making himself available whenever his clients and referral partners need him.
Outside of work, Adam spends much of his time traveling across North Carolina to support his daughter’s competitive swimming career. He also enjoys outdoor cooking and smoking barbecue, especially brisket and pulled pork, and loves hosting friends and family to cheer on his beloved Appalachian State Mountaineers while sharing great food fresh off the smoker.
