Donna Garrigan brings more than 34 years of mortgage industry experience to clients throughout Gaston, Cleveland, Lincoln, and York County, SC. She specializes in helping first-time homebuyers, self-employed borrowers, and clients seeking Conventional, FHA, VA, and USDA financing. Originally from Western North Carolina, Donna is deeply involved in her local community. She has been an affiliate member of the Gaston Association of Realtors since 2004, volunteers with Bountiful Blessing Food Bank, and serves as a board member for 4 Hearts to Home. Outside of work, her favorite role is being “GiGi” to her five grandsons, and she enjoys spending as much time as possible with them at the pool, the lake, or cheering them on from the ballfield. Donna has also been recognized as Affiliate of the Year by the Gaston Association of Realtors and a Best of Gaston honoree multiple times.
