Erin Finnen has been helping clients navigate the mortgage process for nearly 20 years, bringing a unique perspective gained from her experience in both real estate and mortgage lending. She serves borrowers throughout Charlotte, Raleigh, and South Carolina, specializing in Conventional, VA, Jumbo, and First-Time Homebuyer financing.
Known for her ability to solve complex lending challenges, Erin takes a hands-on, relationship-driven approach with every client. She is passionate about finding solutions, communicating proactively, and delivering an exceptional experience from application to closing. Her dedication and performance have earned her recognition in Scotsman Guide and membership in the Chairman’s Club for 15 years.
Outside of work, Erin enjoys traveling, fashion, and spending time at the beach with family and friends. She and her husband, Paul, are proud parents to their son, Davis, daughters Emily and Libby, and daughter-in-law, Cat. They also enjoy every opportunity to spoil their grandson, Tate, and spend time with their beloved dog, Sullivan.
