Griffin Gum is passionate about helping homebuyers achieve their goals and making the mortgage process as smooth and stress-free as possible. Serving clients throughout the Charlotte and Fort Mill areas, Griffin works with a variety of loan programs, including Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, Non-QM, First-Time Homebuyer, and Home Equity (HELOC) financing, helping borrowers find the solution that best fits their needs.
Known for his accessibility and commitment to client service, Griffin prides himself on being available when his clients need him most, whether that’s during the week, on weekends, or even holidays. He believes that clear communication and dependable support make all the difference throughout the homebuying journey.
Griffin specializes in finding creative solutions when financing challenges arise. He enjoys working through complex situations and helping clients discover opportunities, even when the path forward may not seem obvious.
Outside of work, Griffin enjoys spending time with his wife, Kassidy, and their three children, Karsyn, Leighton, and Hudson. After spending six years in Omaha, Nebraska, Griffin and his family returned to the Carolinas three years ago and are proud to call Fort Mill home. Griffin and Kassidy both competed in collegiate athletics at the University of Alabama at Birmingham, where Griffin played baseball and Kassidy played volleyball. Together, they enjoy raising their family and being active members of the Fort Mill community.
