Kyle Steele is a Loan officer serving clients across North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, Maryland, Florida, and Ohio, with a primary focus on the Charlotte, NC and Columbus, OH markets.  With six years in the mortgage industry, Kyle specializes in Conventional, FHA, VA, First-Time Homebuyer, and Second Home financing.  What sets Kyle apart is his real-world experience.  Having personally purchased primary residences, second homes, and investment properties, as well as managed rental properties and utilized home equity financing, he understands the mortgage process from both the professional and borrower perspective.  His goal is to provide practical guidance that helps clients confidently navigate every step of homeownership.  A three-time Scotsman Guide Award recipient (2022-2024), Kyle believes success comes from strong teamwork and exceptional service.  Outside of the office, he enjoys chess, reading, and following the stock market.
