Marina Harding has been helping clients achieve their homeownership goals for over 12 years, serving the Charlotte, Lake Norman, and Fort Mill communities. Throughout her career, she has worked with a wide variety of borrowers and lending scenarios, including first-time homebuyers, self-employed clients, real estate investors, and those seeking Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, Jumbo, DSCR, bank statement and Non-QM loans, second-home financing, and home equity solutions.

As a longtime Lake Norman resident, Marina loves the community she serves. Outside of work, she’s a devoted wife and mom who enjoys spending time with her family, being outdoors, traveling, and exploring everything the Lake Norman area has to offer.
