With more than 23 years of mortgage lending experience, along with extensive backgrounds in title insurance and real estate law, Michelle Gregory has helped countless clients achieve their homeownership goals throughout Eastern North Carolina. Serving communities across Carteret, Craven, Pamlico, and surrounding counties, Michelle specializes in First-Time Homebuyers, Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, Jumbo, Construction, Investment Property, Self-Employed Borrowers, Second Homes, and Home Equity financing.
Known for her local market expertise, problem-solving abilities, and relationship-driven approach, Michelle takes the time to understand each client’s unique financial picture and develop customized financing solutions that fit their goals. Her experience with coastal properties, investment homes and complex lending scenarios allows her to confidently guide borrowers through every stage of the mortgage process.
A longtime Carteret County resident since 1987, Michelle attended East Carolina University after growing up between Raleigh and Baltimore. When she’s not helping clients navigate the path to homeownership, she enjoys spending time with her family, deep-sea fishing for marlin, traveling, relaxing at the beach and playing Mah Jong. Michelle also serves on the board of the North Carolina Community Foundation/Carteret Community Foundation, where she helps raise funds and provide grants to local organizations in need. Helping clients navigate challenges and turn their homeownership dreams into reality is at the heart of everything she does.
