Throughout my career I’ve been recognized as a top producer. The referral partners I’ve worked with for more than a decade speak louder than any awards.

Clients and referral partners work with me because I stay in control of the file from application through closing. I monitor the loan daily, use current pricing tools to compare options, and keep everyone—buyers, Realtors, and attorneys—updated so there are fewer surprises and more on-time closings. I’m licensed in North Carolina and South Carolina and based in Charlotte, so I know the local market and the ASMC/LendScout team support that makes the process smoother than a typical call-center experience.

I help clients with purchase and refinance loans across conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, jumbo, fixed-rate, and adjustable-rate programs. Most of my work is in the Charlotte metro and surrounding North Carolina and South Carolina communities—first-time buyers, growing families, and Realtor partners who need a lender who answers and closes on schedule.

I’m a Christian, husband, and dad. Outside the office I spend time with my kids, run way too much, play golf, and get to Lake Tillery when I can. I enjoy cooking over open fires, inventing goofy games for my kids, and soaking up as much sun as possible.

The relationship doesn’t end at closing. I’m easy to reach, I explain options in plain language, and I treat every file like it has a deadline that actually matters. Realtors and past clients come back because communication is consistent and the ASMC team can move a file without the usual handoffs. If you’re buying, refinancing, or referring someone in Charlotte or the Carolinas, I’ll keep you in the loop from start to finish.

I’ve had 14 years in the mortgage industry while servicing the greater Charlotte area. I specialize in First-Time Homebuyers, Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, Jumbo, Construction, Investment Properties, DSCR, Bank Statement / Non-QM, Self-Employed Borrowers, Second Homes, and Home Equity / Second Mortgages
