For more than 35 years, Sue Devine has been helping individuals and families navigate the path to homeownership throughout Charlotte, Union County, York County, and Lancaster County. Her experience spans a wide range of mortgage solutions, including First-Time Homebuyer Programs, Convention, FHA, VA, USDA, Investment Property, Self-Employed Borrower, Second Homes financing, and state and local down payment assistance programs such as House Charlotte and NCHFA.
Sue is known for her thoughtful approach, attention to detail, and unwavering commitment to her clients’ success. She takes the time to listen, understand each borrower’s goals, and develop financing strategies that align with their unique needs. Whether helping a first-time buyer purchase a home, guiding a borrower through credit improvement, or assisting with new construction financing, Sue is passionate about turning homeownership goals into reality.
A longtime Charlotte-area resident since 1995, Sue and her husband, Mike, have called Waxhaw home since 2015, where they enjoy life on their small farm with horses, donkeys, chickens, and their beloved dogs, Cowboy and Tucker. She is also a proud mother to her daughter, Sarah, who attends MUSC in Charleston. Outside of work, Sue enjoys gardening, staying active through outdoor activities, serving her church, and participating in local community litter cleanup efforts. Her decades of experience, combined with a genuine desire to hep others, have earned the trust of clients, referral partners, and generations of homebuyers throughout the region.
