Valerie Campana has been helping families achieve their homeownership goals for more than 22 years. Serving Fayetteville, Spring Lake, Hope Mills, Raeford, Sanford, Southern Pines, Pinehurst, and surrounding communities, she specializes in First-Time Homebuyer programs, Conventional, FHA, VA, and USDA loans, as well as financing solutions for self-employed borrowers.

She takes the time to understand each client’s goals, explain every step of the mortgage process, and create a financing plan tailored to their unique needs. With more than two decades of experience, including extensive expertise in VA financing and guiding first-time buyers, she is dedicated to making the home financing journey as smooth and stress-free as possible.
Outside of mortgage lending, Valerie is first and foremost a proud mama of five amazing children and “Jamma” to eight wonderful grandchildren. She loves traveling to spend time with her growing family and cherishes every opportunity to make new memories with them. Valerie also has a passion for natural healing and has spent the last 15 years formulating skincare products designed to nourish and support healthy skin.
When she’s not helping clients secure financing, you’ll often find her outdoors hiking mountain trails, camping, discovering new places, and immersing herself in nature. A self-proclaimed tree hugger, Valerie also enjoys writing, exploring history through novels and documentaries, and sketching the faces of the people she loves. Her caring nature, attention to detail, and genuine passion for helping others are evident both in her personal life and in the service she provides to her clients every day.
