Jennifer “Jenn” Crane brings more than six years of mortgage experience and a passion for education to every client interaction. Serving the Triangle, Wilmington, Brunswick Beaches, Myrtle Beach, and Little River areas, Jenn is dedicated to helping homebuyers feel confident and informed throughout the lending process. She works with a wide variety of borrowers, including first-time homebuyers, and specializes in Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, Jumbo, investment property, and second-home financing.
As a self-described educator at heart, Jenn believes that understanding your mortgage options is just as important as choosing the right one. She takes the time to explain the “why” behind every recommendation, answer questions without judgment, and ensure her clients feel comfortable every step of the way. Her favorite part of the process is developing offer strategies, helping buyers structure financing in creative ways that align with their goals and budget. Jennifer’s mission is to make the mortgage experience less stressful, less intimidating, and maybe even a little fun.
Born and raised in Durham, North Carolina, Jenn is a proud Duke fan. A few years ago, Jenn, her wife Lou, and their rescue pup Rummy made the move to the coast to be closer to family. Today, when she’s not helping clients achieve their homeownership goals, you’ll find her enjoying the Brunswick beaches, boating on the Intracoastal Waterway, cheering on her favorite sports teams, or spending time with friends and family playing cornhole, card games, and bumper pool. Her approachable personality and genuine care for others help make every client feel right at home.
