What I like most about being an ASMC Loan Officer is the opportunity to truly make a difference in people’s lives. Helping clients—especially veterans and those who may not think homeownership is possible—secure financing for their dream home is incredibly rewarding. I love guiding them through the process, ensuring they feel confident and supported every step of the way. Plus, working with realtors and building strong relationships in the community makes the job even more fulfilling!

When I was a kid, I wanted to help people and somehow get paid for it. I didn’t know exactly what that would look like, but I knew I wanted to make a real impact. Now, as an ASMC Loan Officer, I get to do just that—helping people navigate the home loan process and achieve their dream of homeownership while building lasting relationships. It’s truly rewarding to turn that childhood dream into a career!

When people come to my town, I always recommend the amazing local food spots and the beautiful nature hikes. Asheville has such a great mix of incredible restaurants and breathtaking outdoor adventures—whether it’s enjoying a meal at a local favorite or exploring the Blue Ridge Mountains, there’s something for everyone!

When I’m not being a Loan Officer, I love spending time with my three kids, three dogs, and our new quail! I’ve fostered dogs in the past and am currently training my own service dog with the help of a trainer. I also enjoy being outside in my garden, soaking up nature and taking care of my little homestead. Life is always busy, but I wouldn’t have it any other way!
